Definitely not a 4 star hotel, for one night we paid the same price as for an airport hotel. Room was fine but unfortunately the lights were going on and off alone. Breakfast was unacceptable. Definitely if we will visit Sofia again we will not stay there again!

It is ok hotel for a quick visit. Close to the metro station which makes access to the city quick and painless. Breakfast is ok, Rooms are designed to look expensive but are not as there are number of flows. The hotel is situated on a busy street and this makes the rooms rather noisy.

The greatest thing about this hotel is that it has parking underground. Nice staff not fluent in English but ready to help at any time. Clean. Nice breakfast. Unfortunate is close to that central train station and the area is very dangerous, dirty and cheap. I can only say thank you very much!

Interesting hotel, staff were nice and even upgraded us to a larger room. The room seemed dated but was comfortable enough and incredibly spacious. In the restaurant there is a free coffee machine and a place to refill your water bottle (beware of the ants though). Minibar was nice and cheap.

Got an upgrade to the top floor room which had lovely views and was really spacious. However, it was very hot in this room and the air con did not emit much cool air. Also, there were a few other general maintenance issues/cleanliness. However, overall the hotel was of a good standard.

They refused to cancel my order and refund me, Because I am from Israel and there is ongoing war in my country and I cannot fly there despite my will because all the flights have been canceled. At a time like this, instead of showing empathy and consideration, they show their true and anti-Semitic face. shame on you.

Convenient location couple of hundred meters from the central station, and just two metro stops away from the city centre. Fantastic mini-apartment style rooms with plenty of space and good privacy. Great cleanliness. Breakfast option available until late morning, although probably not the most extensive. Polite, helpful and friendly staff. Nice small gym and great sauna. Pros: -Great big rooms. -Convenient location. -Fantastic staff. -Gym and sauna. Cons: -breakfast might benefit from a wider menu. - surroundings probably not the most picturesque.
